Ocones: Bridal Fashions

"Dear Mrs. Ocone, Vicki, Mary, Staff, It's been 2 weeks since Courtney and Joel were married, and I am spending a lot of time replaying the wedding over and over in my mind. It was perfect in every way, and she was a beautiful bride. She was stunning. Thank you so , so much for the wonderful service you all provided us; from the first day we walked into Ocones, waiting for the very last day when I picked up Courtney's freshly steamed gown for the ceremony, you all have been a joy to work with. All of you helped us at one time or another in our many visits to the shop and in turn the dress turned out magnificent- everyone loved it! We have been telling everyone "Ocones!" Vicki, thank you so much for your kindness and patience0 you were never anything but super pleasant. You didn't seem to mind that Courtney tried on a million gowns before she found that perfect one! Mary, thank you for fitting the dress to Courtney so that it appeared that it was made for her very body. It was beautiful and perfect! Mrs. Ocone, your staff is wonderful - we have truly enjoyed our association with you all. I'll try to come by and show you a wedding photo, but for now, please accept our heartfelt thanks."

"After looking all over the DFW metroplex for a wedding gown, I walked into Ocone's Bridal and found a dress on the $99.00 rack! The dress needed alterations and I was concerned that the alteration fees at Ocone's would be too high so I found another seamstress to alter the dress. Unfortunately, the alterations were poorly done and the dress did not fit well $425.00 later in spite of the name of the business (Perfect Fit Alterations). I took the dress back to Ocone's and Mary, their seamstress, was able to save the day altering the dress to fit much better. The christian environment at Ocone's was evident the minute I walked into the store."
